Frustrated that life isn’t going your way no matter how hard you try.
Stuck because progression feels limited due to your ADHD saboteurs.
Stressed out because you find seemingly ‘easy’ tasks like admin and household chores difficult to complete.
Confused as to why your life seems to always work against you.
Unsure of where to start with making natural lifestyle changes that will actually stick.
Overwhelmed that it’s a solo mission because you’ve seen there isn’t much support when it comes to ADHD.
That Mindfulness is impossible and you haven’t yet been able to use it to bring peace, presence and space to your chaotic brain

Hi, I’m Jack…
After receiving an ADHD diagnosis in 2022, it completely forced me to rethink my life and design a new life that would work with my brain after most of my life being burdened with impulsivity, chaos and confusion.
I choose not to use medication and after focusing on my foundations which include Mindfulness, Sleep, Movement, Nutrition and General Lifestyle, I started to see a significant improvement in my well being and many of the previous challenges I faced are much easier to control.

I know how daunting it can be after being diagnosed or even coming to terms that ADHD has been a big part of your life. Maybe you’ve chosen to try medication and things still haven’t changed, maybe they have and you want more or maybe you want to do it without.
Regardless of your decision, building strong foundations is what will help you create the long term change that you’re seeking for.
It’s such a unique experience that it can be overwhelming, frustrating and time consuming to figure out what will work for you.
That’s where I come in.
Imagine a life where ADHD is now something you see as a benefit rather than a hinderance. This ADHD coaching partnership is designed to put your power back into your own hands.
Our work together will allow you to:
If you’re ready to bring that into your life through the self-paced ADHD Foundation Builder programme or perhaps you’d rather the full 1:1 transformation, lets start doing ADHD Holistically.

I would highly recommend Jack as an ADHD coach. When I first signed up for our initial sessions, I was a bit skeptical as the coaches I had encountered in the past never seemed to work out. But after only three sessions, I have already noticed some big progress in multiple areas. Jack leads by example, has shown that he has a clear understanding of the struggles I am trying to overcome and has offered practical advice for how to help with my personal growth. With Jack’s help I’ve been able go start a consistent morning meditation practice and began regular journaling. Both are things that have greatly improved my mental health yet I’ve always struggled to take on.
